The heart of the home is the entertainer’s kitchen, flowing seamlessly to a large dining table where everyone can gather and connect. The modern living area invites you to unwind — whether it’s summer afternoons with the doors open or cosy winter evenings by the Coonara wood heater. For year-round comfort, the property also features two split-system heating and cooling units (upstairs and downstairs). Outdoors, the space continues to impress. A private, family-friendly entertaining zone includes: BBQ facilities Outdoor dining setting Relaxing hot tub Expansive lawn area There is ample on-site parking within the property — including space for multiple vehicles or even your boat. Perfectly positioned, Anelida Air is just a 15-minute walk to Rye Bayside Beach and Blairgowrie Village, where you’ll find cafés, restaurants and local conveniences. Within a short 10-minute drive you can explore: Peninsula Hot Springs Sorrento shopping strip Rye back beach World-renowned golf courses Horse riding trails Venture slightly further to discover the Mornington Peninsula’s award-winning wineries, coastal walks, bush trails and family attractions. There is truly something here for everyone. Please note: The front gate is NOT operational. There is, however, ample on-site parking within the property. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire front section of the property, including the outdoor entertaining area, spa and BBQ facilities. Please note: There is no access to the rear of the property. The front gate is not operational; however, secure parking is available within the property boundary.
