Charming room in Kings Cross

A home away from home in Central London The space Located within 12 minutes walk from Kings Cross station, the Eurostar at St Pancras , Central Saint Martins University and the British Library, this is a generously proportioned room in a tastefully decorated two bed flat on the third floor of a modern building. The room is comfortable and bright with a double bed, a desk and space to hang clothes. There is shared use of the bathroom and breakfast making facilities in the kitchen, free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer and all sheets and towels are provided, along with tea and coffee. I have a cleaner who comes once a week. As I'm retired I'm home a lot during the day. When I'm out guests have the flat to themselves and during this time and can relax in the large and airy living room/diner. This flat is in a brilliant location - a short walk away from shops, restaurants and cafes and well served by public transport. It is in an area which is rapidly changing. There is an exciting arts and music venue - King's Place on York Way, a lively shopping and restaurant scene at Coal Drops Yard and the British Library near St Pancras. The British Museum is 20 minute walk away and there are many interesting places within easy access. The flat has a great ambiance - and the room is cosy and welcoming. Guest access Generally, I am easygoing and I don't have house rules as such. I respect my guests privacy and value mine as well. I am happy for guests to use the living area when I am absent. The kitchen is available to prepare light meals but because the flat is small, I would ask guests not to use the kitchen after 10.30 p.m. During your stay I will be present during guest's stay and am sociable so happy to chat.
