You will have the opportunity to enjoy iconic views of Brighton Palace Pier and beach from your living room window. Families are welcome to stay in our apartments, there are a couple of aspects to make you aware of in advance for those with mobility issues or families with prams, please note that this is an old building so there is no lift, access to the apartments is via the main staircase only. We are also located in a vibrant part of Brighton with a lot of restaurants, bars and the seafront for you to explore so the streets can sometimes be busy in the evenings. The kitchen is kitted out with all the ameneties required for everyone to enjoy a casual meal and drinks; a fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, microwave and dishwasher as well as tableware and glassware. We are in an unbeatable location - just a three minute walk to the beach, a five minute walk into central Brighton and a 15 minute walk away from the train station. Each bedroom comes with blackout blinds and beds will be made up with a fresh towel provided for each guest. Bedroom 1: 2 x bunk beds (sleeps 4) Bedroom 2: 1 x bunk bed, 1 x triple bunk bed (sleeps 5) Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Additionally, Apartment 6 is located directly above Patterns Bar, Club, Terrace. On weekends and some week nights, the bar will be playing loud music. While Apartment 6 is four floors above the club, the music will occasionally be heard in the apartment. The club closes at 4am. We have taken the noise factor into consideration when pricing the apartment and have lowered the daily rate to make up for any inconvenience. This flat is on the 4th floor and there is no lift available.
