Guest access Full lawn available for use, pets welcome everywhere free of charge including in the hotel bar. *ALL DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON LEAD AT ALL TIMES, INCLUDING WHEN GOING TO THE TOILET* We are a sanctuary for rescue chickens/peacocks/geese which free roam the estate. Other things to note Hotel onsite with full restaurant and bar open 7 days a week (advance booking required), takeaways also available. Very remote property surrounded by beautiful Lakeland countryside and a number of fantastic walks. *ALL DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON LEAD AT ALL TIMES, INCLUDING WHEN GOING TO THE TOILET* We are a sanctuary for rescue chickens/peacocks/geese which free roam the estate. A £150 security deposit is taken at check in when at the property. This is refunded back to the card after departure providing no damages and the property is left clean/tidy.
