Each room comes with an attached bathroom, except for the one located near the living hall. Our homestay can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests, with a total of 6 king-size beds and 2 single-size bunk beds. As we are located within a gated housing community, all guests are required to strictly follow the management’s rules and regulations: 1. A maximum of 5 cars are allowed per stay. Car plate numbers and guests’ names must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in to allow us sufficient time to coordinate with security. Unauthorized cars or guests will be denied entry. 2. No fireworks or firecrackers are permitted. 3. No canopy setups are allowed within the premises. 我们的民宿共有 5 间宽敞客房，除靠近客厅的一间外，其余均配备独立浴室。整栋房子最多可容纳 16 位入住客人，配有 6 张特大床 和 2 张单人上下铺床，非常适合家庭或团体入住。 由于民宿位于 有门禁的住宅社区，请所有入住客人严格遵守管理处的规则： 1. 每次入住最多允许 5 辆车。所有车牌号码和客人姓名必须在 入住前 24 小时 提交，以便我们有足够时间与保安协调。任何未经授权的车辆或客人将被拒绝进入。 2. 禁止燃放 烟花爆竹。 3. 禁止在屋外 搭建帐篷或棚子。 Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy and make full use of all areas within the homestay. Please note that clubhouse facilities such as the swimming pool and gym are exclusively for residents and are not available for homestay guests. 欢迎客人充分使用民宿内的所有空间和设施。 请注意，会所设施（如游泳池和健身房）仅供社区住户使用，不对民宿住客开放。 Other things to note Deposit A refundable deposit of RM500 will be collected before check-in and returned after check-out, provided that all house rules are observed and no damages occur. House Rules 1. Smoking Smoking is only allowed in designated areas: at the car porch and near the sliding door in front of the dining table. Guests who smoke in other areas of the house will risk forfeiting their deposit. 2. BBQ Pit Kindly inform us in advance if you would like to use the BBQ pit. Please clean it thoroughly after use and do not move it from its designated area at the car porch. 3. Cleanliness & Care We understand that our home is often booked for gatherings and celebrations. However, please help us maintain it by keeping the space tidy. Do not spill drinks on the floor, sofa, or beds. Do not vomit on the beds. Do not damage furniture or household items. Please return the house in its original condition upon check-out. Any damages will be charged accordingly. 4. Noise Control Out of respect for our neighbors, no loud noise is allowed after 10:00 PM. Thank you for your kind cooperation, and we wish you a pleasant stay! 押金 入住前需缴付 RM500 押金，在退房后如无违反守则或损坏物品，将全额退还。 住宿守则 1. 吸烟 吸烟仅限在指定区域：车库门廊和餐桌前的落地门旁。如在屋内其他地方吸烟，押金将被没收。 2. 烧烤炉 如需使用烧烤炉，请提前告知我们。使用后请自行清理干净，并且请勿移动烧烤炉，必须在车库门廊的指定位置使用。 3. 清洁与爱护 我们理解您预订本民宿是为了聚会与庆祝，但请协助保持环境整洁： 请勿将饮料洒在地板、沙发或床上。 请勿在床上呕吐。 请勿损坏任何家具或物品。 退房时请尽量将房子恢复原状，若有损坏将按实际情况收取费用。 4. 噪音控制 由于四周有邻居，请在 晚上10点后避免大声喧哗。 感谢您的理解与配合，祝您入住愉快！
