Quiet room in house + free organic breakfast

Very quiet room on the first floor of a house on the garden side. Pull-out beds, dresser, desk, closet, towel holder, radiator with thermostatic valve. The space Free street and neighborhood parking available. Halfway between the metro stations of line D "Monplaisir-Lumière" and "Grange blanche" (15 minutes from the city center). T2 tram stops 200 m away, and T5 direct to Eurexpo 550 m away. Lots of buses at Grange-Blanche. Close to the very commercial Avenue des Frères Lumière. Other things to note There is a female cat in the accommodation who is afraid of other animals, so we cannot accept pets. We have a few rules of life that we would like to follow.
