With absolutely no through traffic, you can enjoy a quiet atmosphere and easy on-road parking anytime. We’re a pet-free (but pet-loving) household, so you’ll find everything clean, calm, and well-kept. Just a 500-meter stroll to the main road gives you easy access to autos and local transport. Essentials like Galleria Mall, the local police chowki, and a petrol pump are all within 1 km. A perfect balance of tranquility, convenience, and community — ideal for anyone seeking a comfortable stay in a safe, well-connected neighborhood. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the stairs and lobby area leading up the terrace on the same floor, and our lovely rooftop vegetable garden — a cozy green space perfect for a morning coffee or a quiet unwind. During your stay We’re always around for a friendly chat, share a cup of tea or to help with anything you need, but we completely respect your privacy if you prefer a quiet, independent stay. Other things to note A Few House Guidelines to Keep Things Comfortable for Everyone - We’re a small, family-run home, and we truly want your stay to feel easy and enjoyable. As our family (and little one!) lives in the same building, we request guests to keep things a bit quieter after 10 PM. - We also kindly ask that guests return by midnight (12 AM), as we lock the main gate ourselves for the night. - Please maintain courtesy and respectful behavior during your stay — we always believe in the same in return. - You’re welcome to ask us for local guidance, cafe suggestions, or tips on things to do around town — we’re happy to help you explore! - We’d also appreciate it if you could leave the room and bathroom tidy, and treat the furniture and amenities as if they were your own. - All stays and interactions are conducted in line with Airbnb’s policies and community standards.
