Our big family house is perfect for a relaxing holiday and to enjoy the breathtaking beaches of the South Sardinia. Two stories, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms house just a few minutes walk from the beach, with all the comforts of a beach house, such as barbecue, air conditioning, WIFI and lot of outdoor space to relax after a day at the beach. The space From the entrance, you will walk the garden with grass lawn umbrellas and lounge chairs. The covered patio is ideal to relax, dine and enjoy the summer evenings. The rear garden is equipped with an outdoor shower, a shaded dining area with pergola, traditional wood-fired oven, bbq and laundry area and a large bathroom. The house, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, is on two levels: the ground floor includes a living room with air conditioning, the kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom, and downstairs there is a large and fresh rustic basement with fireplace and a third bedroom. The house is located in a strategic position for those who do not have a car, it is a few minutes walk from the beach, supermarket, doctor and pharmacy. We have a convenient parking space, we provide linens, all the kitchen and beach equipment (including beach umbrellas, towels, chairs and toys for children). We provide the possibility to use a WIFI connection with limited data. For the longer stays, we offer the possibility to arrange cleaning services by 100% trusted people. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Other things to note We have owned this house for 30 years, we love it very much and we wish and will do everything to make our guests feel at home and respect it as such.
