Other things to note Please note, the premises has an uncovered pool and guests are advised to keep a vigilant eye on children in this area. Use of the premises is at your own risk. This house is not ideally set up for small children under the age of 6. The deck is elevated and there are stairs in the house, therefore caution with the elderly is also necessary. The driveway is steep, and very large vehicles/people carriers may have difficulty turning in the drive way/reversing up the steep slope.
