Kotuku Cottage, Hokitika. Comfort and activities!

Kotuku cottage is a self-contained unit with en-suite and well stocked kitchen/dining area. We are the owners of West Coast Scenic Waterways and therefore our guests receive a discount off our boat cruises,kayak and bicycle hire. The West Coast Wilderness Trail goes through our farm.. why not jump on a bike and enjoy a section of the trail. We recommend this property definitely as at least a two night stay in order to benefit from all the onsite activities. Unwind! The space The cottage contains a double bed and a single bed in a spacial room. Ideal for just a couple, or a couple with child,friends, or parent/child. En-suite with a very generous breakfast in a fully stocked kitchen /dining area.Enjoy eggs,cereals,home-made muesli,yoghurt,orange juice e.t.c. Cottage is stocked with shampoo/conditioner,shower gel,cleaning products,tissues,hairdryer,iron and ironing board to name a few things.Free Wifi and Freeview TV in some of the cottages. Guest access Guests have full access of cottage..keys are provided on arrival. Guests are free to roam our property after consulting us about safety issues. Discount on boat cruises and kayak hire on site...operated from this Retreat.Check West Coast Scenic Waterways for details. Bicycle hire available as the very scenic Mahinapua section of the West Coast Wilderness Trail is on your doorstep. Beach and Golf course across the road. During your stay I am available 24/7 to offer help to our guests.Please let it be serious enough if after 11 pm at night. You are welcome to pop in to our home for a coffee and chat if you feel up to it! There is a self check in option for those who prefer it for business options e.t.c..just let us know your preference. Other things to note Please take note that we are located just 4kms south of Hokitika heading south to the glaciers. drive straight past Adair road on your left(don't enter it) and we are the next left turn...just before the Historic Railway Bridge over the Mahinapua creek. look out for the large black and white Kotuku Cottage sign and orange flag at our entrance gate. If you are heading north to Hokitika...we are the first right turn past the Historic Railway bridge over the Mahinapua Creek and the Hokitika i-site kiosk.
