Our concept ‘hotel like within a shared environment’ comes with the opportunity to meet new people, form friendships but at the same time have your own space and be comfortable within your private room. We are a big provider of accommodation in Melbourne. Our houses are regularly cleaned and maintained. All rooms are lockable and safe with everything you need. The space The room is lovely and full of light with Private Bathroom & Balcony. . Comes fully furnished with: - Brand new 42” LED television - Wardrobe - Private Balcony - Private Fridge - Desk - Side drawers - All linen and towels are provided The house is a beautifully renovated Victorian era house with lovely sunny gardens, a real sense of space with off-street parking for 6 cars. Vibrantly decorated, large open living rooms filled with light is the best place for guests at this property to entertain and for new arrivals to form new and lasting friendships and networks. Generous leather couch suite around a 65inch Smart TV. And that is just the beginning of what this wonderful property has to offer... Guest access Living at 209 Brunswick Road offers you the opportunity to be private and do your own thing… or be social and interact with other guests and make friends. Each guest has exclusive access to their own bedroom. However, if you are in the mood to socialise and meet new people in the same situation as you, this property provides a perfect environment for guests to meet and mingle. The property has: - Unlimited NBN high speed internet - Undercover BBQ area with outdoor Table - Fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities and sink, pantry space for each guest. - Open Large TV / Dining area - Laundry During your stay I don't live at the property. Our office is only a few kms away in the city. We are open 10 - 5 pm Monday to Friday. The address is 360 King Street, West Melbourne. We are always available to respond to guests requests either via airbnb or phone. Other things to note - Balcony is totally private. - Bathroom is totally private but it is not inside the room ( just across the hall). The door has a code that only you have to use as you please. -The common areas of the home are cleaned professionally once or twice per week. We also have rosters in place to make sure all guests help out and maintain the property clean and tidy. Our cleaners & staff visit the house regularly to enforce this. - The kitchen pantry and fridges ( if you dont have a private fridge in your room) are divided and labeled for each room of the house. You will find 1 or 2 (depending on number of guests in your room) shelves, cupboard/s or draw/s in the kitchen with your room number marked on it. This is your private space for storing your dry grocery goods. Same for the Fridge & freezer area. NOTE: Never store anything on anyone else’s shelves, even if it is empty. Cleaning staff are instructed to dispose of it. - Laundry Facilities are available ( Washing and Drying). Coin operated, very cheap $2- $4 AUD with big commercial machines. - Kitchen pots & pans are available but shared between all guests. No oil, salt, pepper and basic food is provided. - Toilet paper is only provided upon check in. Longer-stays might require to buy their own
