It’s a very peaceful place with spectacular ocean views. We’ve just finished renovating the apartment and have bought brand-new furniture, so everything is fresh and comfortable. This vacation rental home, with its 50 m², is perfect for 2 guests — whether for a relaxing holiday or a longer winter stay. The weather in Playa la Arena is the best on the island: no strong winds and almost always sunny. The Taucho building has an elevator, but you need to walk up one flight of stairs. Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with SAT TV. Free Wi-Fi is also available. There’s a balcony off the living area as well as another one from the bedroom. The bathroom with a shower also includes a washing machine. On the rooftop, you’ll find a swimming pool with sunbeds. The views from up here are truly breathtaking, and it’s the perfect spot to sunbathe in privacy. This is a fantastic location for the ones who are in love with nature - Punta Blanca strip for walking and jogging at the edge of the ocean, excellent fishing location, natural pools. Los Gigantes cliffs are few minutes away by car and unique black sand beach of Playa La Arena is 5 minutes away by walk. Not overcrowded as Costa Adeje. Hiper Dino and Mercadona are in the short walking distance. Here starts the main street of the town with lots of restaurants and shops.
