It is located on a perfect point when it comes to exploring Kaštela or nearby ancient cities of Salona, Split and Trogir. Allow yourself to enjoy the peace and quiet this place can provide you, make yourself coffee and enjoy the sunlight on the balcony or take just a short 100 m walk to the closest beach. The space This new and cozy apartment is enough to host four people in a comfortable (160x200cm) queen size bed and sofa bed. You'll be provided with fine bedding, additional amenities and a lot of personal touch. No matter if you are here to rest or due to work, we can provide you with adequate accommodation and all amenities needed for a perfect stay. Modern in design with high-quality custom made furnishings provide an extraordinary accommodation close to ancient cities of Split, Salona and Trogir. This one-bedroom apartment contains all contemporary appliances and offers full comfort. Besides the spacious bedroom, where you can enjoy a good nights' sleep in a queen size bed and fine bedding, there is also a luxurious bathroom and sitting/dining area, equipped with a fully functioning kitchenette. All rooms are air-conditioned. In front you can find a spacious sitting area, which can be accessed directly from your apartment, where you can enjoy your breakfast or coffee/tea (see more in pictures section). We offer a great contemporary breakfast at a price of 8€/person. Guest access Everything inside of the apartment is at your disposal. That includes the kitchen and amenities found in it, dining area, seating area, bedroom which can be locked for privacy and bathroom with all necessities. Other things to note A. Taxes are included in all indicated costs B. The price covers all services offered such as laundry (bed linen, towels) and housecleaning on departure, access to internet (wireless), electricity, water and heating consumption, complimentary bathroom essentials. C. Standard check-in from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am, early check-in or late check out is possible, but it depends on the availability of the apartment. Please let us know if you have any requests regarding that. D. Smoking rules - smoking is not allowed inside the property. For your convenience smoking area is provided outdoors. Please keep your surroundings clean and smoke-free as we want to provide clean environment to all of our guests.
