Periwinkle Villa 3 Bedroom

Beautiful 3 bedroom house with some ocean views, 100 meters from the ocean. The swimming pool is just in front of the house and the ocean and beach 1 minute walk. Spacious and airy with gardens surrounding. Fully air conditioned. The upstairs bedroom is small but also has air conditioning and 2 single beds. There is a second bathroom with cold shower under the house. It is not very convenient but can be used. The space This is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 bath home (please note an additional bathroom is in the garage area and can be accessed by exterior stairs only), with some ocean views. The house is 2 stories with a balcony on the Master bedroom, as well as a patio at the living room. The house is 20 meters from the community pool (kids can be watched from the patio). All linens are provided. Mid-week cleaning is included (or once-a-week on longer stays). Additional housekeeping can be provided if desired for an extra fee. Our small private beach is about 100 meters away. There is an Italian/Thai restaurant 300 meters up the shore, and a few restaurants within 3 kilometers. Some will deliver food and one will pick you up for meals. We have a part-time car-and-driver and have cars and scooters for rent. We are located on the East Coast of Koh Chang, and White Sands Beach is 12 kilometers away. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and living spaces. This is a small private community of 18 homes, in a quiet residential area Baan Talay Thai. There is a lot of room for kids to roam around without worrying about traffic, as we are at the end of a private road. It's a very relaxing place to spend a holiday with family and friends. We have many return customers, as it a special spot and beautiful home. We can provide transportation from Bangkok for a reasonable fee. Please write for any additional information.
