Experience living in a heritage home, walking distance to the city's plaza, church, old home museums and restaurants. Built in 1907, this century old home was owned by my great grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Delfin Ledesma. It is a two-story house with a lap pool, a bathhouse and a beautiful and spacious garden with old and giant trees. This listing is for one room only but we have up to 3 rooms available for Airbnb. The space Guests are treated to a welcome local drink and some local goodies! Guests have free use of a beautiful big pool with a garden. Guests enjoy free breakfast and 24/7 coffee, tea and fruits. BREAKFAST MENU CHOICES * Continental Breakfast - Fresh calamansi juice (local lemon) or coconut juice - Sunny-side up, scrambled or hard-boiled eggs (two) - Pandesal (local bread) and/or wheat bread with butter/fruit jam - Coffee (local brewed), tea and/or native hot chocolate - Seasonal fruit (e.g. mango, pineapple, watermelon, banana or papaya) * Filipino Breakfast - Fresh calamansi juice (local lemon) or coconut juice - Sunny-side up, scrambled or hard-boiled eggs (two) - Pandesal (local bread), Puto (Filipino rice cake) and rice - Angus Beef Tapa, Manaloto Rekado Chorizo or Dried Fish - Coffee (local brewed), tea and/or native hot chocolate - Seasonal fruit (e.g. mango, pineapple, watermelon, banana or papaya) * American Breakfast - Fresh calamansi juice (local lemon) or coconut juice - Sunny-side up, scrambled or hard-boiled eggs (two) - Pandesal (local bread) and/or wheat bread with butter/fruit jam - Bacon, Ham or Hungarian Sausage (from the best local producers) - Coffee (local brewed), tea and/or native hot chocolate - Seasonal fruit (e.g. mango, pineapple, watermelon, banana or papaya) * Children's Breakfast - A choice of pancake, cereal, oatmeal or rice with hotdog - Seasonal fruit (e.g. mango, pineapple, watermelon, banana or papaya) Guest access Guests can have breakfast or "work" at the main dining room, at the balcony or at the pool side. Guests can also lounge at the living room. While guests can cook in the kitchen for an extra fee, they can store their drink/fruit/food in the refrigerator. Other things to note Balay Negrense Museum is just across the street. Cafe 1925 is only a block away. El Ideal Bakery (and restaurant) and many other restaurants are two blocks away and walking distance. The plaza and the cathedral is just two blocks away. 7 Eleven (open 24 hours), Dunkin Donuts and grocery stores are just two blocks away or you can take a tricycle for Php8.00.
