First floor apartment with 15 gentle steps. Stunning views across the water in a quiet location. Close to all attractions on the Sunshine Coast. The space Apartment has full-size kitchen with all appliances, glassware, crockery and cutlery for family dining. Master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite, second bedroom has a double bed. Third bedroom has a single bed and TV. The TV in the lounge room is a new smart TV. Main bathroom has shower/bath and toilet. Additional towels are in a drawer in the third bedroom. If these are used, they must be washed and returned or the cleaning costs will be passed on to you. There is a baby bath, high chair and folding cot stored in the garage. Spacious balconies front and back. Unlimited fast NBN broadband. Eco-friendly water supply: filtered drinking water. Ensuite is fitted with a chlorine filter in the shower head. Separate laundry with washing machine, dryer and drying racks. Expect cool sea breezes from the East, with windows facing three directions. The two main bedrooms have air-conditioners. Salt water pool. Semi private beach with white sand (great for kiddies and toddlers). Throw in a slice of bread and watch the fish! Pontoon, (bring your fishing rods, canoes or paddle boards). Private lockable garage and four visitors’ parking spots close to the entrance door to our apartment as well as nearby street parking. The side gate of our block is fitted with a security lock. The NEIGHOURHOOD has many spectacular walks such as the beachfront walk from Mooloolaba to Alexandra Headland. Or take the boardwalk from the surf club to the Mooloolah breakwater and watch the boats coming and going. On the other side of the river is another scenic walk around the Point Cartwright headland. From the apartment, a 15/20 minute level walk takes you to Sea Life underwater world, now with penguins, adjacent to “The Wharf “where you may hire any type of watercraft or take a pleasant scenic cruise of the Broadwater. Also, there is a dedicated bicycle laneway from our apartment to The Wharf area. A further 3 minute stroll brings you to the surf club and shopping precinct with every type of restaurant available. Alternatively drive and park alongside the surf where the wave size suits best. In our opinion Mooloolaba has the world's best family beach. There is a well-known bakery across the road, along with a variety of restaurants, a lot more relaxed than the main tourist esplanade. Huge shopping centres nearby include Sunshine Plaza (7 km) at Maroochydore, and Kawana Shoppingworld at Buddina (4 km), which both have multiple movie theatres. Two libraries are close by. Many other attractions, entertainment and activities include Australia Zoo, Aqua Fun and Adventure Park in Twin Waters, Aviation Museum in Caloundra, Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve, and picturesque Maleny and Montville on the Blackall Range. Weekend markets are held in many different towns in the neighbourhood with local produce, gifts and art work. Beautiful beaches at Alexandra Headland, Cottontree, Buddina, Coolum and Noosa, if you need more variety. Brisbane domestic/international airport is 60 minutes away (look for cheaper fares for flights and car hire from either airport). Hire a car, get Uber, or taxi. Public transport bus stop is 300 m away, with Bus600 between Maroochydore and Caloundra, and Bus615 to Australia Zoo. Guest access Pontoon ( no overnight mooring), pool, small sandy beach suitable for launching canoes, paddle boards etc.
