Andalusian Space.This is a bedroom in a shared house for four people and a dog. It's a place for open-minded, warm-hearted people eager to share and experience Seville's life, its customs, and its passions. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility as it's located on the second floor, with no elevator. If you have social distancing issues or are sensitive to noise, we don't recommend staying with us. The space The room has dimensions of 3.20 x 3.50 m.l. its surface being 11.20 square meters, with a large closet with keys if necessary. Its size is optimal for 1 or 2 people who sleep in the double bed. The bathroom is exclusive to the room, it faces the entrance, it has a sink, a toilet and a shower tray with a screen. The horizontal communication has a shared gallery where there is a refrigerator to store food and cold water. Pool for cleaning, kitchen bar with stools, It is forbidden to eat or leave food in the rooms as it attracts insects, especially ants. Outside the room there is a small private terrace furnished with two beach chairs for sunbathing and a small table on top of this. En planta segunda hay un frigorífico para mantener frías las bebidas y para los alimentos. Junto al frigorífico, dispones de una pileta para lavar ropa o vajillas. La lavadora es exclusiva de anfitriones por Covid. Dispone una lavandería a menos de 3 minutos de casa: MyLaundry Duque, Calle Jesús del Gran Poder, 5, local D Horario de apertura es de 09:00h a 21:00h final del lavado 20:45h. Todos los días, incluidos domingos y festivos! Se ruega no guardar comida en las habitaciones ni tirar restos de alimentos en papeleras ya que acuden hormigas.
