Adiem homestay is a bungalow standing in the middle of tall apartments & blocks on either side trying to muscle it's green way and linger on as gets surrounded by the concrete, hardened present and future. Redefining hospitality and love, a place with distinct characteristics, no single piece of new wood, recycled - reused concept, environment friendly. Very central location - Sula - 8kms All famous restaurants - 2 kms wine shop - 1 kms Ola uber easily available Zomato orders allowed The space A house surrounded by trees in a cosy homely corner of the city very close to Sula vineyards. Adiem was built with vernacular local materials, experimentation of terracotta tiles, mangalore roof and open spaces. We have three spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms, two on the first floor and one on the ground floor. A courtyard with a fish pond to relax around, common area loaded with old antique furniture, handwoven curtains with a Bhartiya baithak. Sleep under the stars or pitch a tent in a chilly night outside your rooms on the terrace. You can do gardening in our organic garden, sit and play music in the courtyard, have a candle light dinner near our fish pond. We have a collection of rare books you can read and a corner of books and games for kids. Here a Adiem, we don't own a tV, we believe in communication, deep conversations and making memories with people. We have board games, cards and a small barbeque to make your stay memorable. Experience a very rustic, close to earth stay in a complete organic and handmade home. Please see the map or read the location section for details of getting around. Guest access We have a small courtyard with a tiny fish pond where guests can enjoy their evenings. A small varanda with a water body and a swing, surrounded with trees where can enjoy the warm Sun. Our living room, Bhartiya baithak, games and books corners can be enjoyed anytime in the day or night. Guests can browse through our library and music collection, play board games and guitar. They can enjoy gardening in our complete organic garden. Water trees or plant a new sapling using our gardening kit. Common area includes a terrace made with terracotta tiles. Guests can enjoy some vitamin D while listing to birds chirping with a hot cup of chai. Other things to note We don't have a private parking. there is ample of safe space available just outside the house where one can park. Beds are low in height.
