Omah Etam Villa is a Javanese & Dayak-themed villa that was opened in 2020 as an affordable and peaceful place to stay. We offer free motorcycle facilities and car rental services*. Our accommodation has been certified with CHSE No. 00701/2021 by The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy Republic of Indonesia, ensuring Cleanliness, Health, Safety & Environmental Sustainability protocols are implemented. The space This rental property is a fully-contained house situated on the ground floor, with a shared bathroom and toilet that are well-maintained. The three bedrooms in the house include a queen-sized bed and a bunk bed, allowing for a maximum of 10-12 guests. Additionally, an extra mattress can be provided upon request*. Guest access We are pleased to offer our guests a range of facilities to enhance their stay. Our villa features a comfortable living room, equipped with a TV for your entertainment, as well as air conditioning in the two main room for your comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking tools, and the dining room provides a cozy space to enjoy your meals. A refrigerator and washing machine are also available for your convenience. Additionally, all areas outside the property are common areas which you are welcome to access at any time. During your stay, take some time to relax in our lovely gazebo located in the backyard. Other things to note In response to the World Health Organization's declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic, Omah Etam Villa has taken several precautions to ensure the health and safety of our guests and to continue providing our services. Here are the steps we have taken: Villa • We have placed hand sanitizer in the central area for our guests to use. • Our villa is regularly cleaned and disinfected with disinfectant to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Guests • We kindly ask our guests to maintain physical distance from others. • We require all guests to wear medical masks while on our premises. • We also require our guests to fill out a self-screening risk form (which can be done online) to help us ensure the safety of everyone at the villa.
