To that effect, we provide - Complimentary breakfast - Inverter, heater, electric kettle - Games, fireplace - Iron, torch, wardrobe, hangers - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Secured parking space for up to 6 cars This is a wheelchair-friendly property. At an additional cost, we can offer - Lunch, snacks, dinner - Bonfire The Space: Let us walk you through the space. BEDROOMS - There are 4 bedrooms - 3 in the main villa and 1 in the outhouse. - Heaters, electric kettles and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - All rooms have king-sized beds. BATHROOMS - There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - 2 attached, 1 common in the main villa and 1 common in the outhouse. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - All bathrooms in the main villa have a separate dressing area. COMMON AREAS - There is a living room on the ground floor. - It seats up to 9 people. It has a TV, heater, fireplace and an attached balcony. - There are 2 dining areas. - The dining area in the main villa seats 6 people and the dining area in the outhouse seats up to 4 people. - There is a 400 sq.ft. lawn with seating for 6 people. - The terrace has seating for 6 people. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per day. Guests can arrange for the ingredients themselves. If they wish for the caretaker to get the ingredients, then an additional transportation cost along with the cost of ingredients will be levied. - The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, water purifier, toaster, refrigerator, juicer and coffee maker. - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. It will only be served from 8 AM to 10 AM. If guests order breakfast beyond 10 AM, the same will be chargeable. - Guests can order vegetarian or non-vegetarian meal options à la carte. Lunch will be served from 1 PM to 3 PM and dinner will be served from 7:30 PM to 9 PM. - All meals timings will be strictly adhered to. - Guests can also eat at nearby restaurants like Cafe Ranikhet, Himalayan Eco Lodges, Urban Tadhka and New Highway Restaurant. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 2 male staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day, inclusive of meal charges. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can play indoor games like Ludo, chess, carrom, cards and outdoor games like cricket and badminton. They can go for nearby treks and can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Guests should be cautious while stepping out since there is a jungle nearby. - There are 3 CCTV cameras, one at the entrance, one at the front and one at the back. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 12 hours. - The caretaker stays at the premises of the same property. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
