The Western Citypoint Holiday Apartments are self-catering and provide you with free car-parking and all the convenience and unrivalled views you would expect from a great central location The apartments are located on Prospect Hill and are a 3 minute walk from Galway’s train and bus stations and right in the centre of its shopping district, just beside Eyre Square. The views and location are unbeatable for your Galway City break. The space The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 guests. There are 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in one room and 2 single beds in the other. Let us know in advance if you prefer a double bed in each bedroom and we will zip the beds for you. Guest access Our apartments are located in the Citypoint building (above TK Maxx) and around the corner from the The Western Hotel, 33 Prospect Hill, H91 Y3FA. Guests are required to check in at the hotel in order to collect their apartment keys and fob. These will allow them to gain access to the Apartment’s underground car park where you will be provided with one car parking space per apartment. Directions will given to guests by our highly trained reception staff. From the car park, there is a lift which will bring you to the apartments which are located on the 3rd & 4th floors. Please note that in order in close the door of the apartment, the door handle needs to be lifted while locking. As a guest of the Citypoint apartments you have the option of adding on breakfast for an additional cost of €14 per person served in the Western Hotel restaurant. You are also welcome to dine in the Western Restaurant or enjoy evening entertainment at The Western Bar. Other things to note You will be checking in at The Western Hotel, 33 Prospect Hill, H91 Y3FA, which is a 30 second walk from the apartment building. The minimum age for check-in is 21. For the duration of your check-in, please use hotel's underground car park if you are driving. The hotel car park is located at the rear of the hotel on St Bridget's Place. You will then be re-directed to your own designated space underneath the apartment. Please note that much of Galway city centre is a one way system. Traffic can be heavy during peak times. Please use maps to familiarise yourself with the area and Citypoint Parking before you arrive. Security Deposit Upon arrival, for all apartment bookings, a signed damage contract is required. At its own discretion, the hotel may request cash or credit card pre-authorisation for €350 as a security deposit. The deposit is refunded on departure if no damage, noise complaint, and trespassing has occurred..
