It is located within a Residential Complex of 5 Villas in the most upscale area of Paros Island. The traditionally luxurious stone-built residence is just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beaches of Santa Maria and a 10-minute drive from Naoussa, famous for its architecture, shops, restaurants and nightlife. The space The Cycladic autonomous residence, an epitome of Parian architecture, is completely made of Parian stone and marble. It is decorated with absolute respect to the local tradition, while offering modern comforts. Guest access The Villa (160m2) consists of 4 bedrooms, all with their own private bathroom. The 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with twin beds, that can be adjusted into a double bed, and one room with double bed) are on the ground level of the house. On the 1st level, perfectly located are the: kitchen, visitors WC, living room and the dining room, along with the spacious double terrace that provides unobstructed views to the residential swimming pool, the Santa Maria beach and surrounding area. On the 2nd level the 4th bedroom (1 room with double bed) along with its own independent terrace. The Villa offers direct access to the communal 100 m2swimming pool of the residential complex. The Villa also offers 2 exclusive parking spaces and 2 umbrellas at the pool area. Other things to note COVID19: We would like to let you know that we work systematically to keep the Villa premises sparkling-clean. Our Housekeeping Team is cleaning (with chlorine and power steam) and disinfecting all inside premises, outdoor furniture, as well as frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.), before check-in and after check-out.
