Completely reformed with modern taste, this lovely apartment is ideal for a couple or if you need I can put a single sofa bed and could be for a family of three. If there's a baby it's no problem either as a baby bed, chair and bath are available. Just step out of the door and enjoy a lakeside walk. The space Part of an elegant building, the apartment is ideally located besides the shore of Lake Como. It is bright and airy, and is composed of a cosy 30 square meters main room, with a double bed and a sofa, a comfortable bathroom, and a complete separate kitchen. Guest access The apartment is in a no traffic zone. Como is a small town, the car is not necessary, you can go around by foot, and the parking is difficult to find and expensive!! So organise your arrival by train and walk around the town!! My apartment is in the cernter, near restaurants, bars and shops, in a very nice position Other things to note If you need the baby bed, chair or bath, please ask for it in advance. If you need to check-in early (before 4pm): Ask me in advance, and i will try to accomodate it to the best of my possibilities. :) If you need to check-in late (after 10pm): I can arrange for it, but I can't do that myself: in that case we have to plan well in advace, so please tell me in your reservation and please be aware that there will be an extra cost of 50 euro.
