A mom lovingly prepared this place for you. ONLY FOR LONG TERM LEASE at 2 months minimum. We do not offer a "hotel-like" services. This is a condominium space for lease. We provide basic beddings. We do not provide towels. We are only in-charge of the permanent fixtures and appliances just like any condominium for lease. Lease rates (which are very gracious) include only association dues and water. Electricity, Internet, and Cable TV is care of the tenant. The space SOME GENERAL INFORMATION WORTH NOTING: - ONLY FOR LONG TERM LEASE at 2 months minimum. - We do not offer a "hotel-like" services. This is a condominium space for lease hence guests are responsible for all their personal needs, replacements of small consumables like batteries, bulbs etc. We provide basic beddings but guests can bring and use their own. We do not provide towels. We are only in-charge of the permanent fixtures and appliances just like any condominium for lease. - Lease rates (which are very gracious) include only association dues and water. - Electricity, Internet, and Cable TV is care of the tenant. Further instructions for payment of these fees will be provided upon check-in. Installation usually only takes one week. Cable TV is not advised due to their long-term lock in subscription. There are internet services with short term plans like Globe Telco. Internet data signal within the condo property is dependent on the telco carrier in use. For Globe, the data signal is strongest near the balcony by the window. - Monthly longer-term renters will have to provide a 1-month deposit and 1-month advance as a security deposit or book via AirBnB - An agreement will be signed during check-in which contains all that is written here plus others. You may request a copy of the lease agreement anytime. - Reasonable virtual assistance will be provided especially for first-timers in the country. - Parking is NOT included. Commercial area has parking lots for rent at approximately 6,000p a month. Guest access When guests book for a minimum of two months they are free to use all the amenities that are also free to use by the unit owner like pools, gym, badminton, basketball courts and others. Safe walkway access to SM North Mall. Other things to note Only 2 guests are allowed.
