Extension or early checkin will be charged per person per hour. RATE here is for up to 15pax for 2 Rooms. Excess pax will be charged 1700/person 3 Rooms provided for 16+ number of persons. Different Holiday Rate The space 2 rooms - the master’s bedroom and 1 small room will be allowed for use for bookings of up to 15 persons. More than that, we can provide the 3rd room for use for paid headcount 16pax+. You can add additional fee for the use of the 3rd room. 1 to 15pax for 1 Master’s Bedroom, 1 small room and extra beds. 16 to 40pax for 3 Rooms plus extra beds. Guest access The rooms are all on the first floor. 2nd floor is restricted as the caretaker is there as well as the personal properties. Other things to note Small pets are allowed. They should wear diapers. Please clean after your pets. Php 500/pet to be paid upon check-in. Note: Power fluctuation can happen due to power demand in other resorts during peak season which is out of our control. But there is generator here.
