Welcome to our exclusive, cozy and stylish designed tiny house set on a quiet place located just 8 to 20 minute drive to the best beaches in the Island. We have tour guide and caretaker to guide you anywhere. 25 minutes away from the airport includes crossing the Island from Davao City. Ideal space to rest avoiding the outside world. It is build nice and quiet location with a garden to walk around. Perfect for a weekend getaway, this is a very comfortable property which we are sure you will enjoy the new furnishings, linens and appliances. The space is suit for two or a family bonding moment. The kitchenette has Fridge, Cooking facilities and other kitchenware necessities which can freely use during your stay. Everything in the house is available to share with you – WiFi, Cable TV, Free usage of Portable Karaoke, Free usage of Portable Projector for meeting presentation, Ready Medical Kit, Hairdryer, BBQ grill in the garden, Tent for additional person, Bathroom/Toilet, Kitchen, Linens, Towels, Shampoo, Body Soap, Toilet papers, Toothpaste and please guest bring your own toothbrush. It’s a self-contained environment but we have a Caretaker staying on a separate Nipa little cottage 50 meters away from the guesthouse so they can assist you anytime. We respect cultural diversity so everyone is welcome here, from anywhere in the world and any background. We have one pretty and friendly dog with full vaccine in the Dog house 50 meters away from the guesthouse, if you are an animal lover we can release them for you to play around and to have a photo taking with them. Food: We serve free breakfast for two and additional person will have an additional charge too. Guest can do cooking using to our open concept kitchen. Tour : It is just a small island so it only needs a short drive going to nearby beaches. For a well inform tour you can request a certified tour guide to assist you wherever you go. We also provide guidebook list of recommended beach resort nearby. About the room: We have a very comfy double deck bed for two and extra person will be provided with mattress on the floor. We have wooden round table for two as work space/chatting table. For Event: We provide catering for those who want to have a party like birthday. Going to Guesthouse from Davao City: I suggest to fetch you from the airport so we can guide you along the way how you will commute public vehicles if you want to go around by yourself. Option 1: (Free of Charge) From Airport go to Sasa Onse Banggayan Wharf --> then take the ferry (8 to 12 minutes away going to Samal Island)-->Once you reached Babak Samal Wharf our caretaker will fetch you there. Option 2: (P150 or USD 3 charge for all) From Airport go to SM Lanang Premiere Mall --> Guesthouse owner will fetch you at the Mall (just be online on Facebook). Option 3: (P1500 or USD 29 charge for one way trip from Airport to Guesthouse) Guesthouse owner will fetch you at the airport (We only have 1 airport in Davao City don’t be confused) Hilux Service Rates: Optional Pickup Service: 1. P1500 or USD 29 - pickup and bring back to Guesthouse/Airport 2. P2500 or USD 49 - Davao City tour including Davao City highlands (Little Baguio) 3. P3500 or USD 68 - Davao City tour including Davao City highlands (Little Baguio) with accredited City Tour guide. 3. P1500 or USD 29 - Wholeday Samal Island Tour excluding Entrance to Tourist Spot like Bat Cave, Hagimit Falls, Taclobo Island etc.) 4. Others: - We have a car parking inside house, you can park in front of entry. - We have two bicycles for rental to those who want to go around the Island by themselves for an adventure. I would recommend to do your own cooking as part of your personalize family bonding moment. We have our caretaker with Tesda NC2 certified cook if you want to request. Guest has full access to the entire property of 647 sqm total area, including use of an outdoor concept kitchen, laundry, outdoor wooden deck, pergola de sala, BBQ grill, Beer table area and can harvest our organic vegetables fresh from the garden. Rules: Guest will be held responsible for any damage to our property. We have designated smoking area 4 neighboring houses with wide open green landscape scenery. 8 minutes travel going to 2 big market places in the island and 20 minutes travel to Davao City area if no traffic. Upon Arrival: We have a Free pick up and drop off from the Babak Wharf. Upon arrival guest need to call/sms me, show your identification and I will handover the key and return it when you check out.
