The space Enjoy your stay in a 30 sqm modern loft nestled in a lush, garden-inspired property with only five exclusive units. Located in a secure and peaceful community near local stores and restaurants, the loft offers both comfort and convenience with a fully air-conditioned space, a double bed on the lower level, another double bed and a single bed on the upper level to sleep up to five guests, a private bathroom with hot and cold shower, bidet, fresh towels and toiletries, fast internet, and your own private entrance. Relax on the balcony with views of the gardens and enjoy full access to all common areas throughout your stay. Guest access At Mannah Garden, you’ll have access to inviting common areas where you can relax, work, play, or simply unwind. Spend tranquil moments by the Koi garden, enjoy meals in the outdoor dining spaces, or lounge at the treetop area built around a mango tree - where a gentle breeze makes it the perfect spot to chill. Fast internet is available throughout the property, and our in-house staff is happy to assist. Pets are welcome too - up to 2, with corresponding pet fees. Just a kind reminder: this is a cozy Airbnb, not a hotel - expect warm, personal hospitality. Other things to note We want your stay at Mannah Garden to be comfortable and worry-free. Kindly keep these notes in mind during your visit: • ₱1,000 refundable security deposit is required before check-in and returned in full at check-out, provided there are no damages or losses. • Cancellation follows Airbnb policy, but rebooking may be accommodated for bad weather, flight cancellations, or other extenuating circumstances. • Early check-in/late check-out (₱300/hour) subject to availability. Free luggage drop/storage also offered. • Kids 5 years old and below stay free if sharing bed and bedding. • Up to 2 pets allowed per booking (₱500 each). • Towels and basic toiletries provided; towels and linens replaced every 2nd night upon request. • Please turn off air-conditioning, lights, and fans when leaving or not in use. • Smoking and vaping allowed only in designated areas (strictly no smoking inside units). • Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. • Property is inside a secured compound; please lock doors and windows when leaving. • Surrounded by nature - guests may encounter insects or small animals.
