The studio is located above a garage which is accessed through a rear laneway. It has a separate bathroom, kitchenette (with a microwave) double bed, table and built in robes. There is access to a laundry and a shared garden. PLEASE NOTE BUILDING WORK IS CURRENTLY BEING CARRIED OUT NEXT DOOR. The space Self contained studio with access to separate laundry in the garage and shared garden space with barbecue. The kitchenette has a microwave but no oven or hot plate.There are several high quality restaurants and cafés within walking distance. Guest access Guests have use of a laundry, BBQ and a shared garden. The studio is accessible via stairs . Other things to note We have had guests staying for short breaks and for several months. There is limited cooking facilities.
