You are very likely to hear dawn and dusk kookaburras calling from our self contained unit. It is a very versatile spot to stay. Take a stroll through Yellagonga Regional park to Neil Hawkins Park with free bbq facilities and children’s playground. In 4 km you will find Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City, a major shopping centre enhanced by restaurants, cinemas and Joondalup train station. In 5 km you can reach one of our west coast beaches for swimming, fishing and stunning sunsets. The space This unit is a self contained grannie flat, with private entrance through a wooden gate. It has two bedrooms with a semi ensuite , lounge, kitchen and dining area. Enjoy a morning cuppa on the front patio before planning your day. There is also a patio and seating area direct from one of the bedrooms at the back of the unit. Guests are welcome to share our family pool with us, but must adhere to a responsible adult being in the pool with children at all times. Guest access To access the unit please use the wooden gate entrance on the corner before the main house. We are happy to share our swimming pool area with you and your family, with the acceptance of our conditions of no children to be in the pool area without a responsible adult. The pool has a pool fence separating it from the front garden area of the unit. Use of the laundry and dryer can be arranged. Other things to note We have room on our front lawn of our main house for your car, close to the corner and unit We have a porta cot, high chair and toddler bed available on request at booking.
