The Winerack 1 - spectacular views

The Winerack 1 is one of 3 accommodation listings that can be rented out separately or alternatively you can rent out the whole house to accommodate up to 14 guests. Please note if you are 2 guests requiring 2 rooms there is an additional $70/night applies. The space The Winerack is a fully self-contained house with all the comforts of home. It is the perfect spot to enjoy watching the sunrise or relaxing on the verandah with a glass of wine watching the sunset over Mudgee. You will also certainly see some kangaroos in the early afternoon coming down from the hills to nibble at the grass. Each bedroom has a queen bed. Please note: if you are booking The Winerack 1 (Level 1) there is no oven in the kitchen on this level. The centre of town is only a short drive away (3.6kms) so still close enough to enjoy all the numerous cafes, boutique shops and supermarkets. Children welcome but please note there are stairs off the verandah outside Level 1 and no child gates are attached. On request a highchair and cot can be provided at no extra cost. You will need to provide your own bed linen for the cot. Small pets are allowed but we charge a pet fee ($60 for each pet) per stay. Please notify me prior to arrival. Unfortunately we do not allow puppies to stay. They are too unpredictable with wees and chewing. Your pet must be house trained. Please note there is no enclosed yard and kangaroos are frequently seen around the property (in case your dog chases them). All linen is provided (bed linen, bath towels, bath mats etc) including soap but you will need to provide your own toiletries. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided. However, if your staying for more than 2 nights you may need to bring your own supplies. No smoking permitted inside the house. Note: there is an internal access door to Level 2 (middle level) that can be unlocked if renting out more than 1 level. Guest access You will have access to the ground floor only (Level 1) Please park at the side of the house and enter through the cream archway to access the private entry to Level 1. Other things to note As you are booking only Level 1, there may be other guests also staying at The Winerack on Level 2 and Level 3.
