Our little wooden cottage, studioappartment is approx 20 m2 connected to our home and garden. It has a private entrance, as well as a door to the garden, a very comfortable 160x200cm bed, kitchenette and cosy dining table annex desk and central heating. There is also a small functional private bathroom with shower, comfortable sink and toilet. For a third person will be there a folded floor mattrass. Our cottage is an ideal place to stay overnight for a transfer of the airport, a weekend of few days out to explore Amsterdam or a holiday home for a longer stay to explore more of the Netherlands such as Haarlem, Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht etc. If you want to come with a third person I provide on request a simple floor mattrass with bedlinnen. High speed Wifi is available free of charge. A pantry is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, small oven, one small cookingplate, senseo coffee machine and water cooker. Plates and silverware, cups and glasses, a cooking pot are available. The bathroom is small but private and functional, with sink, toilet, shower and fan. Fresh bed linnen and towels are included as well as kitchen linnen. Location Our friendly neighbourhood is quiet and safe. There is free and easy parking on the available red spots in our streets across from our house or surroundingstreets. Our place is only 10 car minutes away from Schiphol Airport and it will take you about 15 minutes to get to Amsterdam city center by car. Badhoevedorp is right between Schiphol airport and Amsterdam city center. Nearby facilities, within a half kilometer a small town shopping center with supermarket, pubs, other shops, restaurants (Italian, French, Chinese and Dutch). Free and easy parking in front of the house and on the driveway if available, 20 car-minutes to Amsterdam Leidseplein. Our tiny Cottage/studio is yours! Guest access You have access to the hall, private bathroom and room. You have a private entrance. There is a storage place with washingmachine and dryer for our private use. Other things to note Tiny homestudio is NOT in Amsterdam but 5 minutes walk to the city limits. You have to travel to get to the centre. To get to Central Station in Amsterdam by public transport count on approx 45 minutes. Realise this please! In case of other expectations and give a bad review for this. Coming with 2 persons I presume you want the double bed. If want a separate mattrass there will be extra costs € 10,- for preparing and extra bedlinnen. No smoking in the room only outside at the patio. Nor in the garden! In Backgarden only allowed between 7.30 - 22.00 No drugs nor NO SOFT DRUGS!!!! No partying. No possibility to prepare dinners in the room for safety and healthy reasons. Small meals are possible to heat up with microwave or small oven.
