Housekeeping done daily EXCEPT on Sundays. Sheets and towels are changed every 4 days. 2.Soap and shampoo are provided. 3.WiFi. 4.Hot and cold water available in bathroom. 5. Refrigerator,Washing machine,Toaster, Microwave, Induction cooktop, and hot water kettle. 6.Inverter power backup 7.Water purifier 🔵CHECK-IN /CHECK OUT Check in at 11:00am Check out at 10:00am 🔵 MEALS There are plenty of restaurants close to home if you plan to relax and have a quiet meal or fast food options if you plan to order it in. Our B&B has a list of all the local menu cards to help you decide. Swiggy and Zomato apps are also an excellent place to check out food options. Since we have a well equipped kitchenette with basic utensils and crockery,you could also cook some home-made food. Grocery stores are close to home and deliver items at your doorstep. We do provide basic masalas/spices but NOT oil. 🔵 WASHING AND LAUNDRY Provision of washing machine. Regarding laundry /ironing facilities, there is an option where you could have the clothes collected and delivered on a regular basis. The charges for these would need to be paid directly to the service provider. 🟣Frequently Asked Questions: (FAQs') Q1. Is early check in allowed? A1. I am okay with an early check in provided it does not clash with the check out time of a previous guest. Please mention your expected time of arrival at booking for a smooth check-in. Q 2. Is late check out allowed? A 2. It is okay to check out late upto an hour provided there is no new guest expected. Q 3. Do you serve Complimentary breakfast? A3. No, we have discontinued our Complimentary breakfast ever since we restarted in March '22 after the pandemic. Q 4. Is smoking allowed? A 4. Smoking or drugs are not allowed. Q 5. Is your locality safe? A 5. We live in a good locality. The roads are well lit and safe to walk on . Q 6. Do you have Wifi? A 6. Yes,we do have Wifi. Many of our guests work from home . Q 7. What size is the bed ? A 7. It is a queen sized bed , with an excellent mattress and can fit two comfortably. We also have a sofa cum bed which can accommodate 2 kids or 1 adult and 1 kid comfortably. Q 8. Any laundry services? A 8. Regarding laundry facilities, there are a few options including ones where they could have the clothes collected and delivered on a regular basis. The charges for these could vary and are directly payable to the service provider. Q 9. Is there air conditioning? A 9. Yes, there is an air conditioner in the apartment. Q 10. Do I need to carry any essentials? A 10. 🔵We provide clean and freshly washed blankets,cotton sheets, bath towels, hand towels, soap and shampoo . 🔵We also provide a welcome package of tea leaves, coffee powder,sugar and some milk to help you settle in. We also provide a basic Indian masala dabba for those interested in cooking during their stay. Oil is NOT included. 🔵There is also a well provided kitchenette with the following : basic utensils, a toaster, a fridge, a microwave,a water filter, and a single induction cooktop. 🔵A small first aid kit is available for minor injuries and ailments. 🔵An Iron and hair dryer is also provided. Q12. Do you have a washing machine? A 12. Yes, we do have a washing machine attached to the apartment provided for our guests. Guests DO NOT have to pay extra to get their clothes washed. Q13. What is included in housekeeping? A 13. Housekeeping includes washing utensils, sweeping and swobbing of floor and cleaning bathroom everyday EXCEPT on Sundays when it's the maid's day off. There will be NO additional charges for this service. Q 14. Do you help with cab bookings, train tickets, air tickets? A 14. I can guide you on the best options. If possible I can help with cab/auto bookings too. Q 15. Can I keep my luggage at your place before check in or after check out for a short while? A 15. Yes, you are welcome to keep your luggage with us for a short while.
