The space Built only on ground floor, the villa is comprised of 2 en-suite bedrooms,2 bathrooms/toilets.,Fully equipped kitchen,dining and living rooms.A veranda overlooking the pool and garden.The compound has two gates.One for a walk way and the second one for the private car parking..A third bed may be made available on request at an additional rate to be agreed upon.The entire private property is at the disposal of the guest only. Blue Bay white sand beach is well known for its Marine Parc.Arrangements can be made with our partners for water sports:surfing,wind surfing,parasailing,diving,snorkling,deepwater fishing and traditional fishing with local fishermen.Speedboat trips and the famous catamaran trip to the island resort of Ile aux Cerfs,Ile de La Passe and Ile aux Fouquets.Arrangements can also be made for sailing in the traditional pirogues regattes. Other things to note Villa Verde is situated in a highly residential area and also in a no through road and one way street.Vehicles belonging only to residents pass through.So it is a very quiet and peaceful environment.There is a nice garden planted with only magnificient pine trees.No special events or partying allowed.Police patrol the area very regularly.
