Private En-suite with Sea View and Landscaped pool

Upstairs large room with a feel of living in a mini resort, viewing the sea from your private balcony. It's a large house sharing with 2 other guests staying long term, two sweet guys. Browns Bay village is 5-10 min walking distance and have anything you need. A nice beach, marked every Sunday, cafes/bars/restaurant, supermarkets and good for shopping etc etc. North Shore is good for golfing, vineyards, bush walks and nice beaches. Auckland Central is 15 km away. The space The upstairs room is large and private, but shared separate toilet and bathroom upstairs with another person. Very comfortable Queen bed, Mini lounge, Dining table, Office area . The room have a Fridge/freezer/coffee maker, TV/Netflix and free internet. Rest of the house have heaps of space to share including Kitchen, Laundry, extra Toilets, Lounge, Dinning room, Table tennis, Pool area and BBQ in the tropical landscape garden,. Perfect location close to the sea, 2 min walk to Rothesay Bay beach and 5 min walk to Browns Bay beach and village. 10 min drive to Albany mall and 20 min to Auckland city. Guest access There are free parking front of the house or on the street. During your stay I'm going overseas a lot and also having a second home in NZ, so my private en-suite upstairs is often empty and happy to share. My three flatmates are busy outgoing people. more then willing to make you feel home and looking after you if I'm not there. You can always get in contact with me or them if you need any help or information under your stay. Other things to note Perfect location close to Browns Bay village with all you need in walking distance to supermarket, bars, Cafes, Restaurants, Schools, Sunday markets, two nice beaches 3 and 5 min walk away. The House is like a mini resort. Nice open areas from kitchen, living, dining out to the pool area and lots of small private decks. House is 400 sqm, so heaps of space for privacy and social activities, playing table tennis, have a swim or make a bbq. Welcome to use the kitchen at all time
