Bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed, kitchenette with all the dishes in adequate measure, fridge, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, smart TV, Wi-Fi. The room is soundproofed and home automation. All the furniture has been designed exclusively for our property and made to measure, with lava stone finishes, vaulted ceilings. The majolica tiles are designed and painted by hand. The space Daily cleaning except for the kitchenette, which is the customer's responsibility. Includes 1 change of bed linen per week and 2 changes of bath linen per week. For stays of less than 3 nights, there are no linen changes.
