The space These apartments have been designed as a relaxing space for the family. We currently have 3 ready to be occupied and they have all the facilities of an apartment located in the heart of the city as they are newly built. Clot del Cirer. 65 m2. 2 bedrooms (two twin beds and one double bed), bathroom and toilet, spacious living room and fully furnished kitchen. Suitable for four people. Extra bed option for child and/or baby. with fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning, it has different areas: an exquisite, perfectly equipped, American-style kitchen, a bright living room, a bedroom area with a double bed and a spacious bathroom. The modern kitchen has all the necessary appliances to cook as if you were at home: ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and full kitchenware (cutlery, crockery, cups, pans, pots, etc.) The living room area has a comfortable sofa, a TV. The bedroom area has a comfortable double bed of 150cm x 200cm and a large closet with hangers. The bathroom has a large rain shower and all the products you may need during your stay: hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer and, of course, towels. Guest access You will have access to and use of all areas of the apartment. (Only the same number of people listed on the reservation can be in the apartment) These apartments only have a communal staircase and you can only go up the stairs, the elevator does not work! You can enjoy all the facilities you will find in my apartment, as you can see in the photos. The entire apartment has an Internet connection through high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic). The apartment has heating for winter and air conditioning for summer. Bed linen and towels are included You'll also find items you might need, such as: - Hairdryer. -Iron and Ironing Board. -Hand soap. -Shampoo, body wash. - Washing machine. -TV. -Heater. - Air Conditioning. -24/7 support. -Wi-Fi Other things to note Heads up! Check-in available after 3:00 PM. If you arrive before 3:00 PM, we can try to plan an early check-in after 12:00 PM whenever possible. Check-out is at 11:00 AM when the cleaning staff will arrive. Leave the keys as instructed (be careful NEVER leave the keys on the inside of the door). We are a legal Airbnb, which is why all our guests must provide their ID or passport in order to comply with legal requirements. In Margalef there is a fairly complete store, but you may not find those "little things" that you like to have at home, so we recommend that you come prepared.
