The kitchen is well equipped; there is a spacious and bright living room with a 75-inch LED Smart TV. On the first floor there is a family suite with 1 bedroom(max 4 beds), small living room with kitchen , bathroom, washing machine, sun terrace, covered veranda with garden view and pool, the villa is equipped with wood-burning BBQ, wi-fi, large private parking and video surveillance in the courtyard of the house. The village of Specchia boasts the excellent central location, being 15 km from the seafront of Santa Maria di Leuca, 30 km from Otranto and Gallipoli. My wife Karina and I live on the basement floor, with entrance from the side street, independent and separate, thus guaranteeing your privacy and privacy, at the same time we will always be available to meet your needs, provide directions to book services and give information about the culture, history and traditions of which Salento is very rich.
