Granny Annex accommodation near Glasgow Airport

This is a farm house property that is situated in a small town in North Ayrshire. The granny annexe has 2 large bedrooms and a toilet. There is no cooking facilities but teas and coffees are provided in the corridor. We live in the main part of the house along with our 3 year old and dog. The granny annexe and the main part of the house has a big lounge room in between, so sound doesn't usually travel through however, if it gets noisy with our boisterous boys, please do let us know. :) The space The granny Annexe has 2 large bedrooms with king size beds and a shared bathroom for the 2 rooms (not shared with hosts). This has a separate private entrance as well as a driveway space for 2 cars. There is no cooking facilities but teas and coffees are provided in the corridor. Guest access There is a Gym, a movie room and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer available in the basement should you require. This would have to be prearranged and require a small donation . During your stay We live in the main part of the house, you are more than welcome to come around for a chat if we are home, otherwise, we would respect your privacy and keep out of your space. Available to contact via text or a phone when we are not home. Other things to note Please note, Airbnb now requires hosts to pay all the Airbnb fees (15.5%). Increases in pricing is only to make up for the new Airbnb fees in order to stay revenue neutral. However, we remain passionate about offering guests a reasonable affordable place to stay and continue to not charge guests extra for cleaning, please be mindful of this and leave the place as tidy as you can. •If your shoes are dirty, we request that you take them off and leave them out in the hallway. •Please turn off all electrical appliances if you're leaving the house. If youre out and about and would like the place to be warm, please let us know, we can turn the heater on through our phones. •Please keep the place as you found it, and report any spillages or damages to us immediately. •Please place the used linen, towel and rubbish on the floor when you're checking out and leave the key in the lockbox.
