Beautiful 5 bedroom villa at the Côte d'Azur

Welcome at Serendipity! This modern recently renovated villa (2018) is absolutley stunning. The house can comfortably accommodate 10 adults, offering 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Each room is unique and every floor has an outside terrace with a spectacular view over Nice and Cannes. Great restaurants and beaches are within hand reach. Saint Raphael, Cannes, Nice and Antibes all within less than an hour drive. The space Serendipity is completly renovated, the style of the house is modern, unique and cosy with a Mediterranean touch. The kitchen contains a combi oven/microwave, big americain fridge, an electrick cooking plate and a dishwasher. The house has full wifi, there is a tv in the living and tv room. At the main floor there is a BBQ at the pool area for your summer dinners. The lowest floor has a laundryroom with a washing machine and dryer. If you would like a cook to take care of your dinners or even breakfast, let us know, we have the right connections. Guest access The guests are able to use all the rooms in the house. Other things to note We have a very nice lady who takes care of the house. She will bring the key and make sure that everything is arranged before the guests will arrive. If you would like extra cleaning please let us know, we can also arrange a cook.
