Private room, private entrance, large parking space

We rent a nice room with separate bathroom (shower/toilet) for private use. The bathroom is approx. 10 meters from the room. Thanks to the private entrance, privacy is guaranteed. A parking space can be used free of charge directly in front of the room. There is no kitchen, but there is a microwave and refrigerator. Distance to the train station, restaurant and shopping within 5 minutes' walk. The space The room is located on a farm, near the railway line. TV/Wi-Fi, free. Shared washing machine/dryer for a fee. For long-term rentals, room cleaning and changing of bath towels is once a week. Guest access Seating can be shared. Local recreation area at your doorstep.
