Private home in small quaint village. Two bedrooms with SHARED DOUBLE SINK BATHROOM. Each room has a queen size bed with down comforter, feather bed and 6 pillows, desk, chair, closet and dresser. Amenities such as shampoo, soap, towels are included. Use of hot tub is open to guests evening hours from 7pm - 9pm. There is a $25.00 fee for use. A full DELUXE breakfast is provided each morning. Hot and cold beverages are offered at all times. House is very clean and comfortable. The space Rm. #1 known as the "Green Room" is decorated in a floral theme and sports various shades of the color green. This room shares the full double sink bathroom with Rm. #2 "Blue Room". Living room, den and kitchen are open to guests. Optional features include Infrared Sauna, Professional Massage by LMT at extra cost. Free WiFi. Hot Tub open in the evening from 7pm to 9pm. There is a $25.00 fee for use of Hot Tub paid to host in cash only. (Please read the Rules and Regulations for Hot Tub use in the Guests Manual. Microwave and Keurig coffee complementary. Water and ice bucket in each room. Rooms are heated and air conditioned which is controlled by owner. Guest access Parking for 4 cars in the driveway. Guests will need a car to get around as this is a very rural area. Of course early morning and evening walks are encourage. The wilderness in this area is wonderful and full of wildlife sounds. During your stay I am a LMT so I may be busy with clients but will spend time with guests when free and not working with clients. Massages and Infra Red Sauna are provided at additional charge but are discounted for room guests. The owner will suggest and talk about what is around to see and do in the area. I also speak French and hold a 4 day French Stay at my home. There are a total of 12-45min. French classes held over the course of the 4 days. Check-In for a French Class stay for Beginners - A French Class stay is held on the last Thursday of each month with check out on Sunday. Check-in 0on Thursdays at 11am - 1pm there are 2 - 55minute classes held on Thursdays starting at 2pm, 4 - 55min classes held on Fridays and Saturdays and 2 - 55min classes held on Sunday before the required check-out of 1pm. Other things to note There are two beautiful rooms with shared bath to rent for overnight or weekend stays. Each room is uniquely decorated and has amenities like - down comforters, feather beds, desk, chair, closet, dresser, ice bucket, single pot coffee makers, water, big soft luxury towels and washcloths, mouthwash, body lotions and soaps and a full breakfast (buffet style) very nice! Relax by the fire in the Living Room or Den and the Kitchen will be open for microwave and refrigerator if necessary. The use of the Hot Tub is included and guests who book any of our massage services get a $10.00 discount. Lake view Ridge is located 10 minutes to Mohawk Ski Mountain, Local Swimming, AJ's Steak House, Goshen Pizza, Thorncrest Farms Milk House Chocolates and Raw Milk and Fresh Eggs. There are two wineries in Goshen. One is called Miranda Vineyards and the other is called Sunset Meadows, Kent Falls, Goshen's Action Wild Life Foundation where you can see a unique display of many different farm type animals and there is also a Petting Zoo, Nodine's Smoke House which offer a full array of smoked meats, sandwiches and more and on Labor Day weekend the World Famous Goshen Fair, and Goshen also has it’s on playhouse called Goshen Players so you can book a show when you stay as well. For the Antique lover a 1/2 hour ride to Sheffield, Ma where there is one after another Antique Shop and for another 15 minute ride through the quaint town of Great Barrington, MA is the Red Lion Inn where you can sit on there large porch to enjoy a drink of choice and watch the activity and right next door is a Yankee Candle Shop, then on to Stockbridge/Lenox, MA to the home of the Norman Rockwell Museum and Tanglewood Music Venue, and there are many more attractions within 15min - 2 hours of wonderful drives through the rolling hills of the Berkshire Mountains.
