Central but quiet area. Surrounded by greenery with the entrance on the main street - C.soVittoria Colonna and another on the C.Colombo promenade. The house is inside a pine forest with a descent to the sea. Large and bright, with a balcony overlooking the sea and a glimpse of the Aragonese Castle. Hot/cold air conditioners in the 3 double bedrooms, ceiling fan in the single, fireplace in the living room. Linen only on request with a small cost/weekly laundry. FREE WI-FI. The space Attention: READ ALL the rules of this house carefully before booking ! The house is in the pine forest and the distance from the sea is about 10 minutes on foot. Very airy and bright with a large balcony that surrounds it. Comfortable and equipped with everything, even the dishwasher and about this I would like to specify that the heater under the sink, should only be activated if necessary because the dishwasher independently makes hot water and because often, if on, it could trigger the electric meter. Everything else is the boiler. There are no steps inside the house. Beyond the final cleaning, I think that, avoid leaving crumbs, jam on the floor and sand everywhere, even in the beds, stick to the minimum of decency and common sense. Everything I leave to my guests is an initial, free, and welcome base. Don't leave your garbage or even your dirty dishes to me. There is a municipal regulation for recycling that must be respected but , if you want, the gardener will make himself available with a small fee and pick up the bags outside the house every day. I do not like to host more than 6 people but in the case, for the seventh adult, there will be a supplement of € 40 per night and at the time of booking you will have to be precise on the number of people also for the usual communication to the police . For the low season only, I accept reservations of at least 5 nights but , in any case, I WILL EVALUATE AT the MOMENT.
