The apartment "Like at Home Palau" is in a splendid position on the corner of the building, you can reach the garden and the swimming pools from both the double bedrooms and the large living room, you can take advantage of the beautiful veranda for sunbathing on the two cubes with mattresses that are for your exclusive use. The garden and the pools are of the condominium. The apartment has automated awnings and windbreaks, wii fii and it has just been renovated. The space The apartment is equipped with countless COMFORTS, air conditioning, double sofa bed, TV, wii fii, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, drying rack, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave, bed linen, bath towels and pool towels, showers, safe, swimming pool and Jacuzzi (no heated), awnings, windbreaks, interior and exterior parquet, mattresses for sunbathing, etc... It is possible to access the apartment from two different gates, a private one with intercom n° 11 in front of the building where I have installed a camera that monitors the entrance gate and a condominium gate that leads to the garden. Other things to note Thank you for choosing us! Our property is located in Palau, in Via Santo Stefano 4. It is possible to park on the street, right in front of the apartment. The nearest airport is Olbia, about 50 minutes away. We inform you that the prices include: water, gas, electricity, bed linen, bath towels, beach towels, dishes, Wi-Fi and final cleaning of the apartment. Arrival time: We remind you that we do not have a 24-hour reception, so the arrival time you communicate to us will serve as a reference to better organize your check-in. We recommend that you send us a message about 50/30 minutes before your arrival. Check-in: It is scheduled from 17:00 to 20:00. If you arrive very early in the morning or wish to stay in the area until your departure time, you can leave your luggage with us free of charge, upon prior notification. Check-out: It is scheduled between 8:00 and 11:00. If necessary, we can agree on a different time at no additional cost, compatible with the arrival of other guests. We only ask that you let us know well in advance. How to reach us: From the airport or port of Olbia, consider about 50 minutes by car to get to Palau. If you need to rent a car, we recommend you calculate an extra hour. You will have to drive north, following the signs for Palau. Extra services: Upon request and for a small fee, we can provide you with a cot, high chair, gate and stroller for your baby. The swimming pool: The swimming pool is suitable for swimming from April (Easter) until the end of October. We ask you to: Take a shower before entering the water Wear a swimming cap Avoid spitting, blowing your nose or urinating in the water Make very young children wear a diaper Extra cleaning: A paid cleaning service is available during your stay upon request. Rules of good behavior: We ask you to respect the quiet: do not make noise before 8:00, between 13:00 and 15:00 and after 22:00 (in compliance with the traditional Italian “siesta”). Playing football in the garden is not permitted. Eating or drinking is not permitted in the garden and in the pool. In the pool, you must use the white mattresses provided in the house; the use of white towels in the pool area is also required. Pool safety: The lifeguard is present from 10:30 to 12:30. Outside of these hours, each guest is responsible for their own safety and that of their children. Waste management: The correct separation of waste is very important: violations result in heavy fines. We will explain everything to you in more detail upon your arrival. Tourist tax: Since 2019, a tourist tax has also been active in Palau for all tourists over 12 years old. I will send you a link to complete the online check-in.
