The space A spacious open plan 3 bedroom home with large living spaces, full bathroom with bath & shower, extra en-suite in main bedroom, full kitchen, dining, lounge with a balcony & patio so you can enjoy the outdoor areas of this little oasis. The house is split in 2 levels. Downstairs is a seperate apartment which is rented seperately (with seperate entrance). Downstairs may be rented to other guests or may be my family. You will be booking the upstairs 3 bedroom apartment with its own seperate entrance. The only shared areas are the back yard and laundry. Back yard is fully fenced - small pets are invited (Prior approval must be required). The shared backyard has a large trampoline with safety net and plenty of grassed area to keep the kids entertained (the yard is shared with downstairs apartment - this may be rented to other guests at the time of booking). Netflix & wifi provided so you can watch a movie on the large smart TV. We also provide plenty of board games, kids toys, and books (both for parents and kids). Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, family sized fridge, oven/microwave and stove for all cooking needs. All bedding, linen and bath towels are provided. Laundry with washing machine and dryer available (shared with downstairs apartment). Washing powder also provided. Please note: as we are on a sloped block, we are a couple flights of stairs down from street level. Must be able to walk up stairs with ease. Also please note, as this is our main residence, we will have some personal items still in the house and part of wardrobes may be locked.
