Sonnie House: A Tranquil Experience

Sonnie House provides an ambiance which fosters relaxation and peace of mind, with a well maintained lawn and clean surrounding. The neighborhood is safe and has incorporated both the local communities and surrounding Villas. In addition,a security alarm button is given to guests upon arrival whereby a security team is ready for dispatch. The beautiful Diani beach is a 15 minute walk and is protected by an offshore reef making it ideal for snorkeling and diving. Lots of activities are available. The space It is a spacious five-bedroom Villa with a well equipped kitchen (utensils, fridge, gas cooker, microwave oven) Guests are free to prepare meals for themselves but at their request a cook can be made available at a cost of between $10 to $25 per day depending on the season and availability. For exact pricing guests are encouraged to ask early in advance. There are two bathrooms,one on each level. Bed linens,towels and slippers are readily available. Cleanliness throughout the house is maintained at no extra charge. The Villa has high ceilings which allow for free flow of air making the entire Villa cool,however there are fans incase the heat becomes over bearing. The living room area has several comfortable seats, a flat screen TV, DVD player. The patio has more seats overlooking the beautiful green lawn and beside it a dinning table large enough to seat 10 people that overlooks the swimming pool. Guest access Once you get into Sonnie House,no area is out of bounds. Guests are free to use all the spaces from the lovely garden area and pool,to the kitchen,living room area and each of the five bedrooms.
