The space Blue Rhapsody House is a very large, comfortable and wonderful ground floor house of very special character. It is fully furnished and air conditioned/heated with split units in all rooms. Blue Rhapsody house has a big front veranda as well as a nice side veranda accessible by the three bedrooms. The back yard is large and shaded by fully grown citrus trees with mandarins, lemons and oranges available to our guests when in season. Private parking for two cars is available within the side yard. The house is located in a prestigious neighborhood practically in the center of Larnaca. A few minute's walk from the famous Finikoudes beach front which is only 700 meters from the front door. Blue Rhapsody house is ideal for booking by medium to large groups or even by two families of friends/relatives who want to share fun & expenses. Guest access Guests have the whole house, yard and garden available for their use. The location is very central to downtown to busses and to highway roads from which you can visit all parts of our friendly island. Other things to note TWO VERY IMPORTANT: 1) Electricity is very expensive in Cyprus. Please help us stay active on Airbnb by consciously saving energy and water. Be thoughtful enough to shut off all air-conditioning when you leave the house for the beach or other trips. Use ceiling funs when possible to keep the rooms comfortable and take advantage of natural cross ventilation. TV viewing with local and international channels as well as Wi-Fi internet connection are offered free of charge! 2) Water is precious as Cyprus had a drought year. Please conserve as much water as you can.
