You will enjoy this spacious family home in a perfect location, just a few yards from the beach, with one of the best sea views in Monterosso. Nearby is everything Monterosso and the 5 Terre have to offer - the best beaches (literally across the street), the best restaurants, coffee/wine bars and food shops, all very close by. The space There is a combined living and dining area and a large terrace where you'll find outdoor chairs for relaxing, reading, having a drink or just enjoying the view of the 5 terre coastline. There are 2 bedrooms, providing comfortable sleeping for up to 4 people. The master bedroom has plenty of light and storage there is a very comfortable king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge which can accomodate two more people for total of 6 people. This makes this home an excellent choice for families. The lounge and one of the bedrooms has a very large window overlooking the sea front, the beach and the entire cinqueterre beautiful coast line. The kitchen is clean and well equipped with induction hob and everything you need to prepare a meal. There is a brand new modern bathroom with shower. The interior space is casual and comfortable with a pleasant mix of old and new furnishings, original art, and with a nautical feel. Guest access The guests will have the apartment available exclusively for themselves. The village of Monterosso is a pedestrian area. If you ARRIVE BY TRAIN, the apartment is an easy 2 minutes walk from Monterosso train station along the sea front. If you ARRIVE BY CAR there is a large car park (FEGINA PARKING) by the beach, just 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, where you can park your car for €25 x day for the first 2 days and then from day 3 onward, €10 per day. Other things to note IMPORTANT: - Check in is between 2.00 pm and 5.30 pm - Check out by 10.00 am on departure date. - For arrivals after 6.00 pm there will be a LATE CHECK-IN fee to to be paid in cash directly to the person waiting for you after working hours.
