Our beautiful Goan home is in a gated complex and offers self-contained accommodation; 3 generous light-filled master bedrooms and two private verandahs all overlooking the swimming pool and bay. Our villa is equipped with modern amenities to make your stay comfortable while on holiday. The villa is situated near the Port town of Vasco-da-Gama, which is the centre of Goa and is just 3 kms from the Airport and 7kms from the Vasco Railway Station. The closest beaches are a mere 4 kms drive. The space Located on the face of a slope our villa has three spacious air-conditioned master bedrooms each with king sized bed, wardrobes, study table dressing mirror and attached bathroom all overlooking the pool. It has a spacious sitting room and a well equipped kitchen and a dinning room. One of the bedrooms opens into a spacious private garden. Extra floor mattress will be provided in the living area if there are more than 6 guests. Our home is equipped with a fully functional kitchen which has a 4 burner gas stove, induction heater, fridge, kettle, water purifier (RO/UV/UF), while the rest of the house has air-conditioners, back up power, geysers in all the bathrooms, washing machine, 40" LED Tv with a Tata sky connection which i hope will make your stay comfortable. The complex is gated with 24 hours security and houses a large pool where you can swim and also soak in the view of the bay and lush Goa. Guest can also order food from nearby eateries providing home delivery while super markets and smaller grocery shops lie in the vicinity. Guest access During your stay you will have access to the entire villa, garden and one parking slot. The swimming pool is open to guests strictly with proper swimming attire from 7am to 7.30pm Other things to note Upon check-in, I will require a copy of you govt. approved ID card. For foreign nationals, kindly provide me with a copy of your passport and visa page. -Any damages to the property, amenities, appliances etc will be recovered from the guests. -Lights, fans, air-conditioners have to be switched off while leaving the premises. -Please use the provided garbage bins for all waste. -Please cooperate with the security at the gate, and our staff as they are there to keep you safe and comfortable. -Kindly wash all dishes/crockery/cutlery that you use. (Cleaning charges go towards setting up the place before you arrive and not towards dirty utensils) -Smoking is only allowed in balconies or open areas and not within the rooms. -No visitors will be allowed into the property and only the designated guests will be allowed. -Transport can be arranged at an additional cost .
