The space This beautifully appointed 5 bedroom house positioned in Riverview Estate, on the River Murray at Tailem Bend. Boating access to the river is via our private community lagoon's concrete boat ramp. Created with influences from resorts throughout Asia, this stunning property will ask you to relax the second you walk through the large timber gates into comfortable living areas and useful space. The lounge is furnished with comfortable lounges and an extra large TV connected to Fox-tel with Fox-sports and Entertainment channels included at no charge to our guests. A Blu-ray/DVD player and DVDs are there for your convenience and enjoyment. Three timber deck areas will serve you perfectly for socializing around the BBQ under a huge bamboo hut, dining at the large outdoor table on the main deck, or lying on the sunbed under the gazebo next to the Zen garden. In the garage(under main roof)you will find an authentic pub 8 ball table and an electronic dart board. The main bedroom features a king size bed, walk in robe, TV and DVD and it's own ensuite. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 feature king size beds that can be converted to twin singles. Bedroom 5 boasts a double bed. All bedrooms have bedside lamps and alarm clock radios. Premium features in the large modern kitchen include french door fridge with filtered water and ice dispenser, microwave, wine fridge, automatic coffee machine, automatic kettle, sandwich press, 4 slice toaster, dishwasher and all the utensil you are likely to need. The large dining table features up to 10 comfortable chairs. In the large laundry you will find an automatic washing machine, tumble clothes dryer, ironing board and iron, clothes pegs and washing basket Guest access Oriental Blend is located within Riverview Estate on the edge of the Mighty Murray River. The Estate boasts a lagoon and river frontage with a concrete boat ramp (Fred's Landing at the edge of town has a public boat ramp also). Our guests are invited to use these facilities for there own enjoyment.
