Amazing central apt. w/ balcony at hip Vesterbro!

Bright two-bedroom apartment with amazing view of the Meatpacking District in the heart of vibrant Vesterbro. 10 minutes walk from Central Station, Town Hall and Tivoli Gardens. Situated in the middle of Copenhagen's food mekka with restaurants, bars, cafés, galleries and local shops. Balcony facing large, green back yard. Sun on balcony from 3pm-9pm (summertime) Calm bedroom with double bed, living room with comfortable couch and baby crib, and an open kitchen and dining area. Clean bathroom. The space A bright, clean apartment in an old, well restored building with a nice atmosphere and friendly neighbours looking out for each other. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a tv, a living/kid’s room with a couch and a crib, a nice open kitchen and dining area and a small, but functional bathroom. Even though it is in the middle of a popular and busy area, the apartment is very sound isolated with the windows and balcony door closed. We love living here, and guests can probably tell that this apartment isn’t just a place for rent out: we have our personal stuff around and surely also a speck of dust. But we like to keep it neat and simple so our guests can feel comfortable staying here. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, the balcony and the back yard. If possible, I will be there to hand over the key. If not, the key will either be to pick up at the downstairs café (Kaffino, open from 8am to 6pm) or our friendly downstairs neighbor, Anders. Other things to note You will have one set of keys to the main entrance and to the door from the kitchen to the back yard. It is possible to close the door and draw a dark curtain between the bedroom and living/kids room. It is permitted to smoke on the balcony with the balcony door closed. No music or noise after 10pm.
